The hotel room was super warm and comfortable, although it was kind of small and lacked space for even a small luggage. The humidifier provided was a nice touch. The service was extremely helpful, especially when my friend’s eyeglasses were slightly damaged by the housekeeper. The location was great for exploring Sapporo, although some cab drivers had trouble finding it as Hotel Mystays Susukino. The dining experience was very nice and good value. Overall, a clean and friendly hotel with great value for money.
